SECC Begins Search for Strategic Planning Consultant

In January 2017, the South East Chicago Commission (SECC) and the University of Chicago announced a new era of their longstanding partnership as the SECC transitions to an autonomous, self-governing organization. This new transition creates an remarkable opportunity for the organization to rebrand and reposition itself to meet the changing needs of the communities it serves within its footprint.

Today, July 26, 2017, the SECC has released a request for proposal (RFP) for professional strategic planning consultation to assist with the organization's new direction.

With professional consultation, the Board of Directors of South East Chicago Commission (SECC) will launch a strategic planning process that will define the organization‘s direction for the next three years. The anticipated budget for the process is expected to range from $15,000 – $20,000 and the process is expected to take no longer than 3 months starting in September 2017.
