ELIZABETH “BETTY LOU” SMITH FUND PROVIDES MATCHING GRANT CHALLENGE TO THE SECC’S NEIGHBORHOOD ENHANCEMENT GRANT PROGRAM

The SECC is pleased to announce, for a second year in a row, that the SECC has received a matching "dollar for dollar" grant from the Elizabeth “Betty Lou” Smith Fund up to $15,000 for the 2018 Neighborhood Enhancement Grant Program.
