Supported by Bank of America and PNC Bank, South East Chicago Commission’s 2021 Southside Shop Local campaign began November 8, 2021 with 64 participating businesses.
Shoppers were invited to register purchases of $15.00 or more made in person or online from November 8 – December 6, 2021 to qualify for the $500 Shopping Spree Grand Prize Drawing.
With nearly 100 submissions, all qualified entries were confidentially assigned a private numerical identifier for the random drawing. Today, December 7, 2021 we are happy to confirm the winner of the $500 Grand Prize Drawing was Andrea Hargrave who made her qualifying purchase from Absolutely Anything Essential Gift Shop in Bronzeville.
